He was the president who led the Progressive Era, made his Square Deal, promoted the building of the Panama Canal, established the Roosevelt Collorary, and passed the Food and Drug Act from Sinclaire's the Jungle. He also led the Philliphine-American War, and made the Big Stick Diplomacy.

He was a Republican who nearly served for one term. He was assassinated by an anarchist before he could complete his term. He passed the Gold Standard Act, and led the annexation of Hawaii. He was also the president during the Spanish-American War.

He was elected again as president, and served for one term again. He was president during the Panic of 1890, due to the Sherman Silver Purchase Act, and the Pullman Strike in 1894. He then repealed the Sherman Silver Purchase Act. He was also anti-imperialist, which contrasted McKinley's views. 

He was a Republican who served one term. He passed the McKinley Tariff Act of 1890, and the Sherman Silver Purchase Act of 1890 (though the results for these acts were not favourable). He also passed the Sherman Antitrust Act, and was president during the Billion-Dollar Congress. 

He was a Democrat who served for one term. He proposed a lower tariff to Congress in order to bring lower prices to consumers-cost. He opposed the Bland-Allison Act. He was peresident during the Haymarket riot, the Plessy vs. Furgeson case, and the Interstate Commerce Act. 

​He was a Republican who served for one term. He passed the Pendleton Civil Servic Act of 1883, the Chinese Exclusion Act, and attempted to stop political corruption in the U.S. He also opposed high tariff.
